Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidenced-based therapy used to treat a variety of mental disorders and medical conditions, including anxiety and depression. ACT pushes clients to embrace their sensations, thoughts, urges, and feelings as a part of their own unique human experience and capitalizes on mindfulness exercise for a more present state of living. ACT challenges clients to identify their values and commit to actions that uphold these values for the purpose of increasing psychological flexibility.

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, commonly known as EMDR, is a mental health therapy method. EMDR treats mental health conditions that happen because of memories from traumatic events in your past. It’s best known for its role in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but its use is expanding to include treatment of many other conditions.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive treatment that encourages the brain to develop healthier patterns of activity. The goal of treatment is not only to change how you think and feel, but also to change your brain on a biological level for better functioning.

Recent research has shown that when given the proper support, the brain has the ability to change and adapt, a property known as neuroplasticity. Neurofeedback can encourage and speed up this process of neuroplasticity.
